The GoCoCo Community is operated by the team behind the GoCoCo app (gococo.app). Nutrition content is reviewed by registered dietitians. Dietitians' names appear only on content they have personally reviewed and approved.
We cite recognized sources — including the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) — wherever health claims are made. We do not publish outcome promises, "cure" or "reverse your diabetes" claims, or statistics we cannot source. Community member stories describe personal experience and are not generalized advice.
When you join, we store your email address and, optionally, your first name. That's it. We use them to send the weekly community email and to show your first name on community walls if you participate. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or require any health information to participate. Joining this community is your choice to make — we treat the fact of your membership as sensitive and never disclose member lists.
You can unsubscribe from every email with one click, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time by writing to the contact below.
